Delete your Bikers & Riders account

You can delete your account directly in the app, or contact us if you no longer have access.

In the app (fastest)

Open Bikers & Riders.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm your decision.

What to know first

If you are the admin of a ride that is planned or in progress, end or cancel it first. Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Rides you created are deleted for everyone in them, including their chat and photos.

Your profile and profile photo
Your emergency contact
Your ride memberships
Your chat and voice messages
Your photos
Your planner entries
Your hazard and SOS reports
Your ride statistics
Your push notification token
Your sign-in

Live location is already deleted when each ride ends.

Can’t open the app or lost your phone?

Email contact@bikersandriders.com from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number on your account. We will confirm it is you (we may text a code to that number) and delete your account within 45 days.
